Submitting the form or sending a WhatsApp message starts a conversation. A session is confirmed only when we both agree on date, scope, and any fees in writing, usually in chat or email.

Packages and add-ons depend on your event or shoot. We confirm price, what is included, and payment steps before you rely on a specific quote.

If we agree on Bit, you pay to the number or method we provide. Keep a screenshot or receipt if helpful. Other payment options may be available when discussed in advance.

Life changes plans. If you need to move a date or cancel, tell us as soon as you can. Fees for late changes or lost dates, if any, depend on what we already agreed and how close we are to the shoot.
